Employee grievances 

Having to deal with a formal grievance from an employee can understandably cause employers anxiety. We work for you, not the employee. We can assist you in dealing with grievances rationally and reasonably, even if the employee’s grievance has merit. You will want the best outcome for your business and we can assist you achieve that whilst helping you comply with the relevant law. 

Poor performance 

Whether it be due to a lack of concentration, capability, or training the impact of poor performance on a business can be immense. Customers and clients will notice that the service or the product is not what they or you expect.  
We can work with you to ensure that either the employee's performance improves or they are managed out of your business effectively and fairly. 

Attendance and timekeeping 

You employ your staff to work. Their absence or lateness can be disruptive and frustrating. Sometimes staff absence will be inevitable and for a genuine reason but where you have doubts as to the real situation we can assist you manage the investigation and if necessary any subsequent action that may be needed.
