Employers are required to provide a Statement of Terms and Conditions (sometimes referred to as a “Section 1 Statement”) within two months of an employee starting employment.  As of 6 April 2020, there will be a number of changes to the requirements for Section 1 Statements. There are changes to who is entitled to them, when they should receive them, what information needs to be provided and where they should be placed.
